By booking an appointment, using this website, or opting in to text messages from Cali Cuts Studio, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Services

Cali Cuts Studio provides barbershop and grooming services at 1162 E William Ct #20, San Jose, CA 95116. Prices listed on our website are starting prices and may vary depending on hair length, condition and the specific service requested.

Appointments

Appointments are booked through our online scheduling system. Appointment length depends on the service booked. You will receive a confirmation once your appointment is scheduled.

Cancellations and no-shows

If you cannot attend your appointment, please let us know as far in advance as possible so we can offer the time to another client. Repeated no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.

Deposits and payments

Certain services may require a deposit at the time of booking. Any deposit paid is applied to the final price of your service.

Description of SMS program and messaging use cases

With customer consent, we may send appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, customer support messages, review requests after a visit, and promotional offers or discounts when the customer separately opts in to marketing messages.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of booking an appointment or purchasing any goods or services. Customers may choose appointment messages, marketing messages, both, or neither.

Message frequency varies based on appointments, customer requests and optional promotional campaigns. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.

Instructions to opt out: Text STOP

To unsubscribe, reply STOP to any text message from Cali Cuts Studio. You will receive a confirmation message after your unsubscribe request. After that, no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Rejoining SMS messages

To rejoin the SMS program after opting out, complete the booking form again and select the appropriate SMS consent checkbox, or contact us for assistance.
